mantaZine n° 1 + 2 was published as part of B_top, a field research on mobile vending. Imitating the format of the „manta“, the mobile vendor’s blanket, the zine includes a guide for best shopping opportunities, a broad variety of interviews and texts from and about mobile vendors in Barcelona, Berlin, Medellín, Mexico D.C, Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile and other cities. mantaZine was distributed for free by mobile vendors on the blanket/“black market“ in Barcelona.
