mantaZine was published as part of B_top, a field research on mobile vending. Imitating the format of the „manta“, the mobile vendor’s blanket, the zine contains a guide to the best shopping opportunities, a variety of interviews and texts by and about mobile vendors in Barcelona, Berlin, Medellín, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile and other cities. mantaZine was distributed for free by mobile vendors on the blanket/“black market“ in Barcelona.
