A girl lays an egg which is carried by many, and in many ways. It is woven into a cocoon by a spider, blown away, spat out by a goat, and further transformed by its surroundings. The Uterlose came to me during an Ansible Institute residency in Tissardmine, a small village in the Moroccan Sahara. It found further shape in confabulation with my colleague [M] Dudeck. Since then, it has taken many forms: spoken, drawn, sung, handwritten.
